Aisle chair was good and liked the foot bar preventing you from putting your foot in the isle, The breakfast on this international flight to Zurich was horrible (Europeans, specially, used to good food) may make this a dealbreaker for booking with United Airlines again. I agreed with my Spanish fellow passenger.

Everything was very good. Boarding and takeoff were on time and organized. Had a good flight

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.
my seat got changed twice after checking on then boarding it had been given to a family so by the time they found a seat for me no overhead storage left. i ended up losing my Sony Headphones case because i could even access underthe seat in front of my when deplaning.
The control panel for the seat back screen did not work at all after takeoff.
Everything was good, hard to really comfortable on a flight that long.

Sitting in 1A I can honestly say, that being a first class seat the leg room is sub par. The crew was attentive and friendly. Food was a a cheeseburger with fries. Fries on an airplane came as expected: no very crispy 😉

My flight was cancelled after a 7 hour delay. I am awaiting a refund.
Food was low quality as well as quantity; I ordered vegetarian. We waited 35 MINUTES for the first bag to arrive after landing.
They offered several meals and snacks, the crew was very friendly and kind. There was a broad selection of movies, shows, and games. I was impressed!
I am quite satisfied. The flight was on time and landed early. Staff was friendly.
I could change to business before flight and everything was perfect except for entertainment which was none.
Other than a late takeoff (not British Airways fault) and some delays with baggage, it was a terrific flight. The crew in business class was superb and the seat and accommodations clean and modern. Could not have asked for more.
Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.
I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.
Original flight was cancelled - After waiting 2 hours for new take-off times. Then had to stand in line for 3 hours, ending at 2:30 am - to be told, " No hotel rooms anywhere in Dallas". No way for me to get any rest at DFW at that time of night.
Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.
